Teas for Feelings

Explore how different teas can support us when we feel certain feelings.

Together we will find where the feeling/s sits in our body through mindfulness and meditation.

Feelings both uncomfortable and comfortable need acknowledgement, and are temporary when we let ourselves feel them.
